How does Verification work?

We operate a 4-tier transparent system. We never claim more than we can honestly back up.

1
METHOD 1 · VERIFIED
Credentials cross-checked against an official national medical registry via public API. Automated. Cannot be faked.

2
METHOD 2 · ENDORSED
The doctor's hospital admin has confirmed they work there, or 3+ verified colleagues have personally vouched for the doctor's Medical ID.

METHOD 3 · SELF-ATTESTED
The doctor uploaded a photo or PDF of their Medical ID. Visible on profile for patient inspection. We do not verify the document — you form your own judgement.

UNVERIFIED
Default state. No verification claims. The entry exists because the doctor is listed in a public professional directory, but we have not validated anything.

⚠ Premium ≠ Verified

Being Level 3 Premium (a paid tier for enhanced visibility) is unrelated to verification. A doctor can be Premium without being Verified — and vice versa.

We keep these separate on purpose: payment must never buy trust.

Where is auto-verification active?

National registries with public APIs are the gold standard. We add countries as registries become available.

Countries without open registries (Spain, Germany, Turkey, Italy and others) use the Endorsed or Self-attested tiers — we are honest that automated verification is not yet possible there.

Trust is built honestly — never claimed.

We chose 4 tiers instead of one big "Trusted" badge because the truth is layered. You can see exactly which doctors are auto-verified, hospital-endorsed, self-attested, or simply listed. No grey areas. No fake stars. No paid endorsements.
